Community Guidelines

Cruisa is designed for adults to discover people, events, and social experiences. To keep the community safe, respectful, and useful, all users must follow these Community Guidelines.
1. Be 18 or Older
Cruisa is only for users who are at least 18 years old. Do not use Cruisa if you are under 18. Do not lie about your age. Accounts found to violate this rule may be permanently banned.
2. Be Real and Respectful
Do not impersonate others, misrepresent who you are, create fake accounts, or use misleading profile information. Treat other users with respect, whether in messages, comments, profiles, reports, or in-person interactions.
3. No Harassment or Abuse
Do not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, shame, intimidate, or repeatedly contact someone who does not want to interact with you.
4. No Hate, Violence, or Exploitation
Cruisa does not allow hate speech, violent threats, encouragement of self-harm, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or content that targets people based on protected characteristics.
5. No Illegal, Dangerous, or Harmful Activity
Do not use Cruisa to facilitate illegal activity, violence, weapons sales, drug sales, fraud, scams, or other harmful conduct.
6. No Spam, Scams, or Solicitation
Do not use Cruisa to spam users, promote scams, solicit money, phish for information, or advertise unrelated products or services without permission.
7. Keep Photos and Content Appropriate
Profile photos, comments, and messages must follow these Guidelines. Do not upload content that is sexually exploitative, non-consensual, hateful, threatening, illegal, or infringing on someone else’s rights.
8. Respect Boundaries
If someone blocks you, stops responding, or asks you not to contact them, respect that boundary. Do not attempt to contact users from new accounts after being blocked or banned.
9. Reporting and Blocking
Users can block or report other users. Reports help us identify abuse, underage use, scams, harassment, and safety issues.
10. Enforcement
Cruisa may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Guidelines or our Terms. Some bans may occur automatically after a sufficient number of reports or based on other safety signals.
Banned users may not create new accounts. We may retain limited or anonymized enforcement records to support appeals, prevent repeat abuse, and protect the community.
11. Offline Safety
Cruisa does not guarantee the identity, intentions, background, or behavior of users. If you choose to meet someone, meet in a public place, tell someone you trust, arrange your own transportation, and use caution.
